We can't thank you enough for holding this event . Even though it will never bring her back to us. It will maybe give other women a chance to beat it.

This was a great event and very moving to say the least. Although I was sick for the entire week prior to Saturday I was not about to back out. I was doing this to honor my sister and everyone else that is fighting cancer. I finished despite feeling really weak at the end but my thought was if my sister can beat cancer and there were women walking who are currently going through treatment then I needed to push myself to keep fighting and cross that finish line. I will definitely do this event for several years to come and hopefully with my sister next year.

What an AMAZING experience! It was wonderful to have the opportunity to donate to a worthy cause, while trucking away along with the most inspiring group of women I have ever met! Thanks to all of the men for their support throughout the race! I look forward to next year's race!

Another amazing event! The Committee, Volunteers, Parks Dept, and all participants deserve a giant HUG.

The 2008 Women's 5k Classic was the first 5k I've ever run in. Thanks to all the volunteers for putting such a great event together. I ran this race for my stepmom Mary - an amazing breast cancer survivor - and I hope I made her proud!
