You need at least 5 members to be eligible to enter our team competition.

Team captains need to submit up to 10 but a minimum of 5 names for the event of competition. |

Names must be submitted in the following form:

Participant’s Name |
Event (i.e. 5k walk or 5k run)

All rosters need to be submitted via email to
lin-mark@lin-mark.com no later than Monday, October 8th.

|
Team captains may enter more than one team for each event or a team in each event (i.e. one walk
team and one run team).
|
6.
|
IF ENTERED IN THE 5K COMPETITIVE WALK COMPETITION, ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST WALK THE ENTIRE EVENT.
Anyone running will be disqualified.

|
You may NOT duplicate members already listed on one roster. (i.e. a member on the 5k walk roster
cannot also be listed on the 5k run roster).

8.
|
You will be scored by the total combined time of your top 5 finishers. The lowest combined time
wins the overall award.
|
9.
|
If you are participating in the team award competition you may also be eligible for other age group
or overall awards. (i.e. if you are in the top 10 you would also receive the award for that place). |
