In an effort to minimize our carbon footprint on the local environment, we are making the following provisions to make our event ecologically sound and friendly to mother earth...

	Online registration
	No mailing of paper registration forms
	Sponsorship packets electronically mailed unless a request for a paper packet is made
	100% of all participant communications facilitated through email or website updates
	Reuse of signage for the event
	Meeting minutes submitted and distributed electronically
	Recycling bins at event to recycle plastic and other materials
	Some locally grown organic fruit served as post-race amenity
	Encouragement of carpooling to our event
	Reusable bag given to all participants at our expo and at the event
